Let’s Take a Break!

It is officially summer break here in our household. Before I continue my series on organizing my teaching resources, I wanted to take just a little break. I have been working on organizing parts of my house, so let’s put a pause on teaching matters and take a tour of my bathroom!

I am not a photographer or home blogger, but I’ll do the best I can here! The first thing I needed to tackle was my vanity drawer. It’s actually a great size, but it’s always been such a disaster. I purchased organizing trays from Amazon and got to work. Now I can actually see everything I have AND find what I need. It’s a summer miracle!

Here are the organizers that I used from Amazon:

The next thing I needed was something for my bottles… hairspray, dry shampoo, makeup remover, etc. I found a clear lazy susan/turntable that was perfect. It holds everything I have and spins around so I can find things easily.

Here is a closer look at that!

I’ve had this shelf for quite a while now. It works perfectly between our two mirrors. The bottom shelf holds our cotton balls, flossing picks, and q-tips. I love that the shelf is easy to clean and wipe down. You can find that HERE. They also come in different sizes.

The last stop in my bathroom is this wire hanging shelf from Hobby Lobby. It’s really just for looks, but it fills up the wall space in front of our shower perfectly. I found towels, greenery, and the shower accessories all from Marshalls.
